Simulated organisation

Ridgeline Commercial Estate, a realistic WHS work area

Assessment tasks are set in the Property & Facilities division of Ridgeline Group, at a multi-tenant commercial and light-industrial estate in Western Sydney. The learner takes the role of the WHS Officer for the facilities and maintenance team, working with real policies, registers, inspection checklists and quarterly incident data.

The whole assessment is contained within the simorg, with an own-workplace option also provided. The audio consultation is a short, simulated toolbox talk observed by the assessor.
