Ridgeline Group Legal & Compliance

Assessment tasks are set in the Legal & Compliance function of Ridgeline Group. Learners take the role of a Compliance Support Officer working through three real legal and ethical situations, then identify improvements to work practices. The full knowledge of the unit, including care-specific concepts, is taught and assessed in the knowledge assessment.

The whole assessment is contained within the simorg, with an own-workplace option also provided. A CHC-delivering RTO can recontextualise the project into a care setting on rebrand.
