Learnbuilt owns and maintains the engines doing the work – including updates for training package changes and AI model improvements – and handles the month-to-month support inside a set amount of hands-on time. That’s expert time, not machine time: the system does the heavy lifting, so those hours go a very long way (a mass LMS update across every course is minutes of your hours, not days).
A new unit, a full rebuild, or a whole-of-LMS migration is a project, not maintenance – so we scope it on its own with a proper plan, timeline, and price. You get the focus that work deserves, and you always know the cost before we start. Never a surprise on your monthly invoice.
Everything produced lands as draft for your named SME to review, validate, and sign off before it reaches learners. That never changes, whatever the support mix.
Scoped to your operation in the diagnostic – these are the shapes it usually takes.
What’s the limit? Your plan includes a set amount of Joshua’s hands-on time each month – from 10 hours on the entry plan – covering updates, fixes, additions, QA, compliance admin and advisory. That’s expert time, not machine time: the system does the heavy lifting, so the hours go a long way. What’s bounded is how much of Joshua you book, never how much the system produces for you. If a month needs more, we either carry it forward or scope the extra as a one-off – agreed with you first, never a surprise bill. New builds and migrations are scoped separately as projects (above), so they get a proper plan, timeline and price.
Terms: 6-month minimum, then rolling monthly with 30 days notice. Invoiced monthly in advance. No completed project required to start – Ongoing is the natural continuation of a build, but you can begin here. Where the mix includes your own team running parts of the system, each operator needs their own Claude subscription (we’ll advise on the right tier during setup); content your team produces itself runs on your effort and isn’t counted against your hours. For RTOs scaling qualifications they’ll sell, we also structure partnership arrangements – talk to us.
As with everything Learnbuilt does: we produce the materials, the evidence, and the drafts – your named SME reviews and signs off. Ongoing support is not compliance advice, regulatory auditing, or a guarantee of ASQA outcomes. Compliance accountability always stays with your RTO.
